Happy Holiday's!

hol·i·day

- spend a holiday in a specific place.

Happy Holidays Yall!

What was on your guy's menus for thanksgiving (if you celebrate and even if you don't, what did you eat today)?

I'm always curious if people are actually reading this blog,  there are page views on days that I wasn't on so I'm assuming people are reading. If you are reading out there, let me know, give me hope or at least a little motivation.

I keep on thinking of all this stuff to tell you guys but when I get around to the computer I always forget...maybe I should start jotting it down..... Oh, here's one, a few days ago I realized my inability to use an Apple product. I decided to use a friends computer so I got up to it and could not figure out how to turn it on, so about half an hour later I finally consulted the The iMac for Dummies book. Finally found the power button in the most obvious place, but then shortly realized that I could not right click with the stupid mouse. So I had to look it up and feel like an idiot, turns out that you have to control click.

Hey don't judge, I've never used one of these things. I don't even know how to work one of those iPo-no...iPa-no...oh! iPhones. To many apple products.

Goodnight guys.

Sleepless

sleep·less
adjetive
-characterized by or experiencing lack of sleep.
-continually active or moving.

The other day I was in the car and I looked into the car next to me, I wasn't trying to pry just glancing over waiting for the light, and I saw something that made me sick. Their was this lady who was messing around on her phone, and in the passenger seat, in a baby car seat was a baby that couldn't have been more than a year old. The worst thing was that the baby was facing forward, now I'm not a mother but I do have younger siblings and I know that the baby should not have been in the front seat let alone facing forward. I think I am slowly losing my faith in humanity, or at least some of it.

On a happier note though, the other day I found my old box of Pastels. So, I am really into art, so as an artist, when you get or find a new box of art supplies it's like christmas morning (for you non art folks, its like getting a new puppy or kitten). I have been going on an art spree, with my giant sketch pad and my newfound box of 94 pastels, since about Friday morning. I love it so much.

But now I am quite sleepless because of both of these things, I Just keep sketching and worrying about all those babies out there with careless mothers. I'v been told many times to stop worrying, but it's just something I do. I had a close guy friend say to me once, "Control is poison, and power is a bullet in your head put there by your self".  I will try to stop my worrying, and sleep. Goodnight guys.

Trying to get Started

in·spi·ra·tion
noun
- the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.
- the drawing in of breath; inhalation

Trying to get started and not really sure what to talk about, when most people start a blog they think of all this inspirational stuff to write about and they even come up with a cool name for a blog. So they take all of their wisdom and create a Blogger account, but even before they make their first post bam inspiration is no more. So now they have claimed a blog name and a web address. Not only does it make it harder for other people to figure out a name for their blog, but it also forces them to be creative and original.

But in truth, I would like to thank all those people that inspiration has left because they helped me come up with an even better, memorable and original blog name that I haven't seen any where else.

Consider Sammie

con·sid·er
Verb
-To think carefully about something, typically before making a decision.
-Think about and be drawn toward.
-Regard something as having a specified quality.

When someone tells you about a blog your normal response is to say, "Oh, yeah sure man, I'll read it". Later as you go about your day, it gets put off and then eventually forgotten or you even knowingly don't look it up because perhaps the topic doesn't suit or interest you.

Before you forget I would like you to consider this, think about how a blog could change your life, it could become part of your daily routine, just like reading the paper or checking your email. Even though it may not change your life, and probably won't, tell a friend because it may change theirs. Consider this. Consider it. Consider Sammie.
